Shipping Options
You may select Store Pick Up from our Brisbane Store (subject to conditions) or we use TNT Overnight Premium Service ,Express Post, StarTrack Express and a number of couriers to ship our retail costumes and accessories. We ship the same day for items in stock where the order has been placed by 12.00pm Brisbane time. TNT Overnight Premium Service can offer next day delivery (subject to stock being in our Rocklea warehouse and the TNT network delivery times with over 95% being delivered the next Business day)
Premium Overnight Express
Pricing starts at $27.50 and is based on size, quantities and delivery address.
Delivery time is 1 business days from time of order when you place your order before our 11:00am Brisbane time cut-off. (Subject to TNT network ). Note over 95% are delivered in this time with the balance being delivered the day after.
Express Post
Pricing starts at $16.50 and is based on size, quantities and delivery address.
Delivery time is estimated at 2-4 business days when you order before our 12:00pm Brisbane time cut-off. (Subject to Australia Post network which has congestion during November and Christmas period and other calamities such as natural disaster events may affect this delivery time.)
*If an item is not in stock in Brisbane and we have to arrange for it to be transferred from our Melbourne or Sydney warehouses, this will impact on our delivery times by adding an extra day to the delivery time. (Please understand that the Christmas period, severe weather, bush fires, aircraft or vehicle mechanical failures, and other such calamities may affect this delivery time.)
Standard Delivery - $12.95 - Free for Orders over $124.99*
