This guarantee means you have peace of mind in buying from us.

Should the costume not fit you within the costume size recommended by the Sizer app, you are able to return the costume for an exchange, provided you have contacted us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

*Please note that where you choose to purchase a costume that is not the recommended size by the Sizer app, or you do not use our Find My Size app by completing the scan process before your costume is sent, our Size Fit guarantee is voided and you will not be able to return the costume for an exchange.
