If It Doesn't Fit / Exchange Guarantee
Using our Sizing widget and completing the scan successfully to select your costume size, qualifies you for our Size Fit Guarantee*.
This guarantee means you have peace of mind in buying from us.
Should the costume not fit you within the costume size recommended by the app, you are able to exchange the costume for the correct size.
*Please note that where you choose to purchase a costume that is not the recommended size by the Sizing widget, or you do not use our Sizing widget by completing the scan process before your costume is sent, our If It Doesn't Fit/Exchange guarantee is voided and you will not be able to return the costume for an exchange.
