When I opened the package I was so impressed. The fabric was thick, the sizing was on point and the plastic buttons were a cute addition. It wasn’t too short and I actually said to myself “hey, I could wear this again for book parade”, until someone from the party noticed the seam at the back had split and everyone could see my bum cheeks. So embarrassing

I found the dress to be a great size. I'm usually a size 14 and ordered M/L and glad I didn't order the size up because ot would have been too big. Very soft fabric and a stretchy waistband, made it very comfortable.
The neck strap is not as pictured (no buckle), but rather a simple Velcro strap. The colour is also a slightly lighter brown than pictured.
Good halloween prop. Uses stand which is handy. Quick delivery from jokers. Unfortunately, my hag was short one eye light bulb and my (within 2 hrs of delivery) email and subsequent phone call were not followed up. Therefore, no remedy, no discount, no apology, no acknowledgment. Whilst the loss of one flashing eye is only a minor issue, the hag does loose some effect at night. Initially, I was very impressed with jokers but, in the end, i am rather disappointed that nobody has, in nearly 4 weeks, not responded to my reasonable request of help to replace the missing bulb...
Awesome costume, my son loved it! He wore it for Book Week and it was a hit at school as well. Really impressed!

She’s AMAZING! Absolutely love this creepy Phantom. One of my favourite’s. Not sure if it’s the one I received or how it should be, but she seemed to be bent over a little too much, almost like you had to duck down to see her face properly.
I love this prop. The sound quality is good and super creepy which is perfect. The moving mechanism is a little noisy though.
The blue light in the face and chest wasn’t as bright as the video showed either
after trying for 2 hours to get these to work they did not (my mistake was not trying to reuse the new fog machine that came in the same order as these which let me down on Halloween as the new fog machine now only has two red lights on it and sprays only a stream of fog liquid)
After trying too use timers that came with this same order which did not work I did not retry the machine before Halloween, when I when to use this item it did not work. Just has two red lights and only sprays a stream of fog liquid.
