This versatile kit contains white cuffs, ruffled collar (cravat) and necklace to finish off an Austin Powers or Victorian costume. Dress up and have an awesome time at your next costume party.

- Cuffs and collar are made from lightweight white stretch fabric (raw edges)
- Cuffs are a band of fabric with elastic on the top edge to go around the wrist (under a jacket) and white lace on the bottom edge (raw edges)
- Collar/cravat has a band that goes around the neck (hook and loop closure) with attached piece of fabric with two rows of white lace (raw edges)
- Lightweight silver metal necklace with small ball chain and male symbol pendant
