We only sell brand costumes and not cheap knockoffs. If you are after cheap knockoff costumes ,don't waste your time on our site. We just don't sell them!

See the following easy steps:

1. Complete your order on-line with us

You need to complete your order on-line with us at our current price in your shopping cart.

2. Record the price and let us know

This needs to be a screenshot from your phone, a web page or similar which lists the web address of the competitor, the item/s, along with their displayed price. Log onto our chat function or Contact Us via email and upload the screen shot of the item or items along with your stated prices and the website address. ( Don't forget to give your name and email or order reference.)

3. Reviewed and Save

We review your claim within 2 days to ensure that the prices claimed meet the criteria and does not include any items listed below under the heading “What items are excluded from our Lowest Price Guarantee?" If all OK, we’ll give you 5% off the matched price and refund the difference of the original price back to your the payment method used on your order. It is that simple!

What items does the Lowest Price Guarantee apply to?

Our lowest price guarantee applies to all identical products that are:

Stocked by us and listed on our website
In stock at our competitors based in Australia and
Not excluded from the Lowest Price Guarantee conditions (see below)

What is excluded from the Lowest Price Guarantee?

Cashback and coupon offers (i.e. supplier cashback or reduced price available via paper or electronic coupon)
Reduced price not available to the public
Stock liquidations (i.e. competitor clearance products (This includes end of season sales) or goods sold by a business placed into receivership, administration or closing down sale)
Exclusions apply for store credits and coupon promotions,
Grey or direct import products not sold through an authorised Australian reseller.
Competitor advertising errors.
Where we are unable to reasonably verify the claimed price
Price is lower due to items not including mandatory fees, surcharges and taxes.
