5. Wait for 30 seconds before carefully peeling off the paper backing.
6. Lightly rinse the image with water for optimal effect.

To Remove: Use household rubbing alcohol or baby oil to saturate the tattoo; wait 10 seconds, then rub away with a cotton ball. Alternatively, remove from dry skin using several pieces of transparent household tape.
