The Pennywise 'It' Chapter 2 Deluxe Costume for adults is a terrifying choice for Halloween. Inspired by the deranged clown from the Stephen King horror novel "It", this costume includes a satin shirt with three fluffy red pom poms on the front and full-length sleeves with stripe print. The belt is stitched on to the top with velcro to fasten, and the sleeves are lined with stiff tulle and have feature wide-end cuffs. The yoke collar is ruffled layered tulle and attaches with velcro at the rear for a truly menacing look.
